Master the Possibilities Registration Goes “ONLINE”

The popular Master the Possibilities education program continues to grow by leaps and bounds. In order to make class registration easier and more convenient, we have added ONLINE registrations for fall. We will continue to take phone registrations and walk-ins. This is simply another way to allow students to register at their convenience!

To register on-line follow these step-by-step instructions:

Go to www.MasterthePossibilities.com.
To view classes without registering as a member or student simply click Class Schedule on the menu. Select the month you wish to view. Classes are listed chronologically.
To enroll for classes online you must be a member. To register as a new member, click Log In on the main menu and then click Register at the bottom of the page. Fill in all blanks on registration form and click Sign Up. As a returning member you will simply click Log In and enter your User Name and Password.
To register for a class click Class Schedule in the main menu. Select the month you wish to view. Classes are listed chronologically. Click on the class name. Click Register for this Class. You will notice that on the right hand side of the screen you can see the number of seats available for the class. If there are no seats available you can click Notify Me and you will receive an email notifying you if a seat opens. If you wish to cancel this class, click Cancel This Class to remove it from your schedule.
To view any classes you are registered for or to make changes to your account, Log In and click My Account. Here you can view or print any classes that you are currently enrolled in. You can also cancel a class at any time
Classes registered for on-line will continue to be paid for at the Education Office before or at the beginning of the class. If you are an On Top of the World resident, please remember to bring your ID when paying for your class.
If you are registered online and a change occurs to your class, we will notify you via email or by phone (if you do not have email). The message will come from the address MTPUpdates@otowfl.com (this is a non-reply email). Please add this to your contacts to avoid notifications going into your junk mail.

Charter a Class

We are now able to offer another way to take advantage of educational programming here at On Top of the World. It is our “charter a class” option. If a club, organization or neighborhood is interested in a particular class, you can charter it for your group with as few as 5 students! Maybe the time or place doesn’t suit you — we can change it. Maybe you want a course that isn’t even part of what we offer — we can develop it for you. Our belief is that education should be convenient — we can bring it to you and for you! Just another way to make living at On Top of the World Communities more interesting!

Fee Structure — Residents and General Public

Programs at the Master the Possibilities Education Center are open to the general public. However, residents of On Top of the World Communities as well as Stone Creek residents enjoy a discounted tuition. You will be required to show proof of residency. Non-residents will pay a modest difference for most classes. If you have questions, please contact the MTP Education Center at 854-3652.

Have Something to Teach?

We are always looking for great courses and we need outstanding instructors. Have experience teaching? Have an area of expertise that lends itself to a class? Contact us! Send a brief proposal and resume. Teaching adults is very challenging....... and very rewarding! (Please look at our “Faculty Facts” section. Our teachers are an impressive group of professionals.)

Updates

Sometimes we add a class or need to change a date or meeting place. If you are registered for a class that has changed, we’ll call or email you! If you want to find out what classes still have openings, select the class under class shcedule on the main menu. Another way we communicate is through the On Top of the World TV, Channel 17, which is broadcast throughout the On Top of the World neighborhoods. (Channel 19 is broadcast for residents of Candler and Indigo.) Look there for updates, announcements, etc. Being able to communicate with you is most important! You can always call us at 854-3699, too!
